The cherry flavours were so delicate and burst across my tongue, and the chocolate mousse wasn’t too sweet, which is the highest compliment from me! We didn’t even bother with slices, we just ate the cake straight from the box!
I order it every year, but it’s honestly getting sweeter and sweeter. The service is great though — it might need less sugar, even less.

To clarify, my recipe hasn’t changed in over 4 years and I try to find that balance of sweetness vs client expectations, rather than purposely make it sweet for a chocolate cake as I know my clients don't like my cakes sweet. That said, I understand that taste preferences can vary, and I’ll note your feedback. If I receive similar comments regarding sweetness, I’ll happily review and change the recipe.

The new design of the mango mousse cake is lovely and the orange sparkle finish is beautiful. The latest birthday girl only eats the mango flavour, as she loves it so much.
