Note: Leaving the cake in a safe place is NOT recommended as the cake needs to be refrigerated ASAP. Onyx Hive is not responsible for any person(s) not delivering the product to the original buyer or if the product(s) are missing from the safe place. The delivery driver will take a picture(s) if the cake is requested to leave in a safe place.
If no one is at the address to receive the product and no prior communication on an alternative delivery request has been made, the delivery driver will make all attempts to contact you. If delivery is unsuccessful, and no safe place to leave the cake is available, a $14 re-delivery fee will be payable. Alternatively, you can arrange for yourself or someone else to pick up the product during our pick up hours.
Note: There are no refunds of the full product purchase price if you refuse to pay for the re-delivery charge or refuse to pick up. Please communicate with us on a reasonable solution to deliver your cake.
Yes. You can nominate anyone to receive the delivery or to pick up. Please leave their full name in the delivery field on a cake page, if you forget to add the note, please email me at info@onyxhive.com.au or SMS 0432 246 836 with your order number and message.
Note: If you nominate a neighbour, please provide their address. Onyx Hive is not responsible for any person(s) not delivering the product to the original buyer.
No, the deadline to change address is 3pm the day before delivery, extra fees may be charged if the address falls into a different delivery charge area. Please email us at info@onyxhive.com.au or SMS 0432 246 836 to change your delivery address.
Important note: You need to message me if you're purchasing 2 or more cakes of the same flavour. This ensures that I have stock! Please SMS me on 0432 246 836 or contact me through social media to confirm. Failure to do so will result in a follow-up or a cancelled order!
If you add a cake that is not eligible for same-day pick-up or next-day delivery along with this cake, minimum 3-day order applies.

Note: Cake will be frozen and will need to be kept in the fridge overnight to defrost for enjoyment tomorrow.

Tried the Triple Chocolate Mousse Cake in OG Obsidian and everyone loved it. The taste was amazing, just perfectly sweet and not overly sweet and it served as a great treat. Also met the famous Dante who is very friendly and polite. Delivery was timely and cake was packed carefully. Will definitely be trying other flavors too in future.
It was my mum's birthday and finding a cake that's not too sweet but just sweet enough is always tricky. Thankfully the parents loved this and it was still sweet enough that everyone else enjoyed the cake too.
Very cool design too, will definitely order from again.
Dante and Onyx cake never fail to deliver.. great for office event etc. Everyone loved the texture and flavour..
