• If a cake is also added to your cookie order, this combination is only available for eligible Sydney Metro customers. Cakes cannot be shipped Australia-wide. Nationwide delivery is available for cookies only.

Dispatch Date Selection

• Minimum 3 day order, can order up to 3 months in advance
• Dispatch date to be selected at the cart page

Important Note: The date selected at checkout is the date your cookies will leave my Sydney location. It is not the date your cookies will be delivered to your address. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and Australia Post transit times.

Your order is carefully prepared and dispatched with the utmost care. While I always aim to send orders on time, delivery delays after collection by Australia Post are unfortunately beyond my control.

For time-sensitive orders, we recommend ordering with extra time in mind to help ensure your cookies arrive before your special occasion.

Once your parcel has been handed to Australia Post, delivery is managed by their network. While I carefully prepare and dispatch every order, I cannot guarantee Australia Post delivery times or accept responsibility for delays that occur during transit. If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact me and I'll work with you to help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate and complete before placing their order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, Onyx Hive is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or parcels returned to sender. Any additional postage costs required to resend the order will be the responsibility of the customer.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an incorrect address after placing your order. While we will do our best to assist, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Unclaimed parcels

Orders returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or failure to collect from a designated collection point will incur additional postage costs before being resent.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and collecting their parcel within the timeframe provided by Australia Post.

If a parcel is returned to Onyx Hive, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping costs must be paid before the order can be resent.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot guarantee the quality or freshness of cookies that have been delayed, unclaimed, or returned after the original delivery timeframe.

Weather

During periods of extreme heat, slight softening of chocolate or changes to the cookie texture may occur during transit.

While cookies are carefully packaged to help protect them during delivery, Onyx Hive cannot control temperatures once parcels have been handed to Australia Post.

We recommend bringing your cookies indoors as soon as possible after delivery and storing them according to our cookie care instructions. If your cookies have softened during transit, allowing them to cool or refrigerating them briefly can help restore their texture.

PICK-UP: 6pm to 9pm

A 1-hour collection time slot must be selected during the cart checkout process. For example, customers may choose a pick-up window between 7:00pm - 8:00pm.

An earlier pick-up time is not available, do not message me if this is possible, the answer will be no.

Pick-up instructions will be sent via e-mail and SMS within 3 days of your selected pick-up date.

International
