Delivery Rates:
10am - 4pm: Free!
10am - 2pm: $9
12pm - 4pm: $9

An extra $5 will be charged for postcodes roughly ~20km+ drive from our Homebush location. Your delivery fee will show once you enter your postcode on any cake page.

Someone must be present at the address to receive the cake, a tighter delivery timeframe will be SMS to you the day before delivery.

An additional $14 charge will incur and payable before delivery if:
- No one is at the address to accept the cake, the cake cannot be left in a safe place and a re-delivery occurs
or
- Delivery address is changed after midday the day before the delivery date

Requesting a specific delivery time or time-frame such as 1pm, 1pm to 2pm, before noon or after noon or similar will NOT be honoured.

Dates and/or times can be blocked out without notice at checkout.

Change of time-frame may incur additional fees, example: Changing from 10am - 4pm timeslot to 10am - 2pm timeslot, this will incur the delivery fee difference.

It is up to you, the customer, to inform Onyx Hive of any changes ASAP to ensure a smooth delivery occurs.

PICK-UP: 6pm to 9pm

An earlier pick-up time is not available.
