Your choice of raspberry or strawberry mousse, vanilla sponge cake, with a layer of sweet cream and optional fruit selection of your choice within the cream (Lychee, Mango, Morello Cherries or Coconut Strings). Finished off in a white chocolate fade effect, velvet texture and drip ganache and edible paper daisies.
